| Fear Blind is a breath of fresh air for rock fans nationwide. A melodic voice set against highly aggressive riffs is one way to describe a layer of this multidimensional band. They push creativity to the edge with passionate & expressional songwriting and explode with energy during their captivating live show performances. Formed in 2001 by founding members Ryan LaChappelle, Billy McDonald and Dave Foster, Fear Blind has evolved through many changes over the years, cycling through vocalists and growing, both as individual musicians, and as a band. In late 2005, left withou a vocalist, Ryan, Billy and Dave were forced to make a decision; either throw in the towel and give up on the band, or begin the long and arduous search for a new singer. They didn't have look far. In working at Guitar Center, Dave was able to recruit their front man Brent Wheeler, a fellow employee, and extremely talented musician. Brent, having lived in California, had already spent 6 years in the "scene" working with a variety of amazingly talented musicians which gave him a wealth of knowledge and experience. The band began writing an all new catalog of songs and has since shared the stage with bands such as Nonpoint, Ra, Taproot, Days of the New, Hurt, 10 years, Egypt Central and Ashes of Soma. Discography: Step Inside 2007 Self-produced by Fear Blin with Worldwide distribution through Snocap, Myspace, iTunes, CD Baby, Napster, and A & R Select. Step Inside album tracks are commercially licensable through Pump Audio for TV, film, video games and more.
