Sick Puppy started in 1998, back in the mp3.com days, yearning to hear new muisc, and support new bands, he started an mp3 page. Over the years, it has progressed into a live internet radio stream, podcast, and more. The Pup has had the pleasure of dealing with many of today's international acts. One of his fondest memories is when he featured Mushroom Head, this was way bck when they were still trying to make a name for themselves. A trip to Harpos in Detroit to see the band wound up being an all night affaird, and watching the sun come up from Harpos parking lot, sipping beer with the band. Two years later Mushroom Head made OzzFest and the Pup was there. Other bands that his broadcast has had the fun of supporting are bands like Lollipop Lust Kill, Mudvayne, Wednesday 13. Tribuzy, and many more, too many to mention. The Pup's driving goal is to get his listeners the music that the terrestrial audience will hear a few years later. His knack for the obivious, and "Don't care if you don't like it" attitude, brings listeners new metal every week, and with a ten year plus run going, hs is not stopping now. His utmost support of up and coming bands is his way of keeping the metal faith. If heavy metal were to have a Peter Pan, "a creature that refuses to let go his heart, love and youth "Sick Puppy Beau is the Peter Pan of the Metal Internet Broadcast Community".
